We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams managing incoming and outgoing clients' samples. In addition, the CSR will greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal/external customers.  Responsibilities:Coordinate incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Provide additional support to the Customer Service team, courier service and internal groups.Greet clients, vendors, and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls when needed.Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5pmLocal candidates are encouraged to apply.
